The primary reason we decided to go with Precoro was that we knew people would be happy about using it. It has a pleasant interface, and it’s straightforward to understand how to use it.

As we got more and more comfortable with Precoro, we realized that, really, it was very easy to use. Within a short time of interacting with the system, pretty much every user becomes quite comfortable with it.

From my experience, Precoro is really simple to use, especially compared to SAP software I worked with in my previous company.

From an Admin & Organisational roll out standpoint we've found Precoro has a really simple interface, very flexible for team needs, which makes customisation very easy, it has fast and efficient functionality & extremely attentive & knowledgeable staff

Users are very comfortable with the system and are currently using Precoro every day to log POs, approve invoices, be cognizant of their budget, and generate reports on their own.

A lot of the systems had too many or too few features. Precoro is easy to learn and use, which was important with so many different users of the system.

My favorite thing about using Precoro is the people behind it. The system continues to be improved over time and user feedback is really listened to.

Great software — and an even better team behind the software! I wish Precoro would offer more products! It is very easy to use and has great integrations with subsequent software solutions. If we miss a feature it is often implemented in the next release. You can't find that anywhere else!

It's a great one-stop. I’d recommend Precoro to anyone who's cutting POs and wants to do so with a high level of visibility and a clean interface. It's a no-brainer for me.

Precoro has been very helpful with budget tracking; we are able to tell at any one time the status of any one budget, thus making solid and on-time decisions. Supplier management has also been a plus, it’s possible with a click of a button to tell the status of supplier accounts, even more helpful with credit accounts — reporting on aged creditors is more accurate and cash-flow projections easier to project.

As a school accounter, I always had to work with a horrible amount of papers. But with Precoro my job became so easy! I do not have to wait for the statistics, it's automatically saved by the program. I really like this software and recommend it to everyone.

I love that I can quickly place a purchase requisition that my boss can review and approve, and the purchasing department can get an order processed right away! It is seamless! I also enjoy having a place to store all inventory of the warehouse goods.

We didn't have an ordering system before, and when we received invoices, the finance department always had to contact the purchaser to allocate the costs correctly. Now we have all the PO's in Precoro, we can see how the costs need to be allocated, the approval process is automated, and the invoices can be matched with the PO.

I've been using Precoro for two years now and I can honestly say that they have the best service available for my small business. I used to use Excel and I will never go back. Thanks Precoro, I have more time to generate new ideas for my growing business.

Now we feel that we have a system we can rely on. It gives us a lot of confidence, especially to me. When I need to sign invoices and bank statements, I'm at ease. … So If you ask me how I see the future, let's say two or three years from today, we will keep working with you.

Now we can easily track suppliers' performance and reach better buying decisions. It saved us lots of time on the accounting side because the finance team no longer needs to deal with Excel sheets, emails, and manual data entry.

For the moment, I can say that I received exactly what I was looking for in terms of internal procurement.
